Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Sessions
Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki — In Person
Step away from the noise and allow yourself the opportunity to simply be still and receive.
Reiki promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, energetic balance, and supports the body’s natural ability to return to a calmer, more peaceful state. Reiki energy is gently offered to support the flow and balance of your energy system.
During your private Reiki session at The Sanctuary, you are invited to sit back and relax in a comfortable chair, put your feet up, close your eyes, and simply receive.
That's all there is to it. There is nothing for you to figure out or do, and certainly nothing you need to accomplish. Simply relax, receive, and allow the Reiki energy to come through and meet you exactly where you are.
Peace. Love. Joy. Sometimes we simply need a little support finding our way back there.
Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki — Remote
One of the most unique aspects of Reiki is that it is not dependent upon physical touch or proximity. The practice of distance Reiki allows Reiki energy to be offered beyond physical location—you and I do not need to be in the same room for you to receive a session.
A remote Reiki session offers the same Reiki energy and intention as an in-person session. The difference is simply where you are. You can receive your session from home, your office, while traveling, or wherever you feel comfortable and can settle in for a little while.
At your scheduled session time, simply get comfortable, put your feet up if you'd like, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive while I conduct your Reiki session remotely from The Sanctuary.
Just like an in-person session, Reiki is offered with the intention of supporting deep relaxation, stress reduction, energetic balance, and your body's natural ability to return to a calmer, more peaceful state.
There is nothing you need to figure out, talk through, or accomplish. Your only job is to get comfortable, be still, and receive.
And one of my favorite parts? When your session is finished, you don't even have to get up and drive home! You can stay right where you are and enjoy that beautiful sense of peace and relaxation.
So, What Exactly Is Reiki?
If you have heard the word Reiki but aren't really sure what it is, you are certainly not alone! It is one of the best ways to rebalance, restore, and re-energize yourself.
Reiki is a gentle energy practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 1900s. At its foundation is the understanding that we are energetic beings and that life-force energy flows through and around us. A trained Reiki practitioner serves as a channel, allowing more of this universal life-force energy to flow to the recipient with the intention of restoring balance, supporting relaxation, and promoting overall well-being.
And one of the beautiful things about Reiki is that it does not require physical touch. Reiki can be practiced hands-on with light-touch placements or completely hands-off, with the practitioner's hands held above the body. In my own practice at The Sanctuary, I love that we can work completely hands-off and still create the opportunity for you to experience the energy in whatever way it presents itself to you.
And here's one of the things I love most about Reiki: you really don't have to do anything. You remain fully clothed, get comfortable in a seated position, put your feet up, close your eyes, and simply allow yourself to relax and receive.
What can Reiki support?
People often seek Reiki when they are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, out of balance, or simply not quite like themselves. Reiki is commonly used to support:
Deep relaxation and stress reduction
A calmer mind and greater sense of peace
Energetic and chakra balance
Emotional well-being
Rest and relaxation
A greater sense of clarity and connection to yourself
And every person experiences Reiki differently. You may notice warmth, tingling, a sense of movement or heaviness, deep relaxation, or an emotional shift. You may simply feel incredibly peaceful. You may not notice any particular sensation at all—and that's okay too. There is no “right” way to experience Reiki.
Reiki is not dependent upon physical touch or physical proximity. In Level II Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki, practitioners are trained in the practice of distance Reiki (remote), allowing the session to be offered when the practitioner and recipient are in completely different locations.
That means you can be at home, in your office, traveling—or wherever you can comfortably settle in—and I can conduct your Reiki session remotely from The Sanctuary.
I will tell you that distance Reiki was something I needed to experience for myself during my own training in order to bring it to The Sanctuary. After practicing in both directions—giving and receiving with my classmates across the country—the energy came all the way through, 100%! The more open we are to receiving the energy, the more impactful the experience can be. During those classes for my Usui Holy Fire® III certification, my overall response was: WOW!
Reiki at The Sanctuary
See It. Understand It. Support It.
This is where Reiki fits so beautifully into what we are building at The Sanctuary. Through Aura Imaging, we can see a representation of your energy and chakra patterns. Through interpretation and awareness, we can begin to understand what your energy may be communicating. And through Reiki, light therapy, chakra work, and simple energetic practices, we have ways to support that energy.
You don't have to understand everything about energy or Reiki before experiencing it. Sometimes simply becoming aware of our energetic selves is where change begins—gently moving us back toward greater balance and our natural state of peace, love, and joy.
